PCC completed the installation and commissioning including project management of the electrical scope. During this time, there were zero incidents or injuries. The project was completed ahead of time and handed back to production before the project schedule indicated.
Main inclusions:
- New Motor Control Centre
- PLC and CITECT development and deployment
- Facilitation of HAZOP and CHAZOP
- Safety function identification and assessment
- Supply and installation of all cables and wiring systems
- Development and completion of a complete commissioning pack from pre-energization tests to sequence and load testing
